Updated for Nov. 1, 2015 amendments

The site now uses the latest guidelines, including the inflationary adjustments to the loss tables.

Bug fix to 2K2.1

I fixed a bug in 2K2.1 so that firearms that were both stolen and had an obliterated serial number increase the sentencing level by the correct amount.  Thanks to Doug Miller, AFPD in Baltimore, for the tip.

Updates

The site should now be fully updated for the 2014 Guidelines. 

New feature:  Links to U.S. Code and Guidelines citations.

Changed the site layout to a less cluttered look.  Updated 2B1.1 and 2D1.1 for the 2014 Guidelines.
